I want to change my order.
Please email or phone us with the details of the change. If your order has already been processed, we’re very sorry but you are not able to modify or change your order. We will try and help as best we can if you contact us as soon as possible.
I want to cancel my order.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email us requesting it to be cancelled. Please include as many details as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you will have to wait until it comes to you before sending it back to us for a full refund. You must return the item(s) unopened for a full refund. We will cover the delivery fee for the package to be sent to you. However we are not responsible for the return costs. Cancellation time is one working day after we have been informed.
Refunds & Replacements
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, any unopened items can be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund without questions asked. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
